The annual Mercer Accommodation Group's Mad Hatter Day at the Galway Races is here again! The last and most fun day of the Galway Races, Sunday 5th August will see women, men, children, families and friends dress up in the most stylish, creative and even outrageous hats, all vying for a chance at winning some top prizes and just enjoy what is one of Ireland's most popular sporting and social events.
Popular TV presenter, Lucy Kennedy has been chosen to judge this year's Mercer Accommodation Group Mad Hatter Day. Lucy will be on the look out for the most colourful, creative and fun hats. Lucy began her media career as a runner in a production company before getting her break in front of the camera with the show The Ex Files. She then entered Ballydung Manor to join the notorious Podge and Rodge on the highly successful Podge and Rodge show on RTE2. Lucy is the spokesperson for PAWS and animal welfare charity and is a proud supporter of People in Need.
