€775 DAMAGE AND ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT

€375.00 – deposit payment against energy cost per resident. If the final amount incurred is greater than this amount, the student is liable for the difference. |
| TV/Phone/Waste |
€200.00 – non-refundable payment to include cable TV, incoming phone line and waste collection.

| Damage |
€200.00 – this damage deposit is refundable less any deductions for damage or missing items.

NOTES:
- €775.00 (see above) is payable to secure a place.
- Each room will only be licensed for the full academic year. Students are liable for this period even if they do not stay for all of it.
- Licence Agreement and Guarantee must be signed by both Licensee and Guarantor to validate any application.
1st Moiety is due within 3 days of the 1st round offers.
