Payment Options

Option 1: - Annual fee paid in 2 Moieties. 1st Moiety due within 3 days of 1st round CAO offers, 2nd Moiety before or on the 5th December 2012.

Option 2: - Annual fee paid once off payment within 3 days of 1st round CAO offers availing of a 2% saving.

€250 BOOKING DEPOSIT (TO BE PAID AT TIME OF APPLICATION)

Booking deposit. This booking deposit is refundable less any deductions for damage or missing items.

€550 UTILITES & ELECTRICITY PAYMENT (TO BE PAID IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 1st MOIETY)

Electricity €325.00 - deposit payment against energy cost per resident. If the final amount incurred is greater than this amount, the student is liable for the difference. TV/Phone/Waste €225.00 - non-refundable payment to include cable TV, incoming phone line and waste collection.

PLEASE NOTE: Each room will only be licensed for the full academic year. Students are liable for this period even if they do not stay for all of it.

Payments can be made by cheque, Bank Draft, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

- All cheques/bank draughts must be made payable to ATALIA STUDENT RESIDENCES LTD.,

- There is a 2% handling fee on all credit card payments

- Bank transfers MUST include Student Name and/or TCASID Number (see confirmation email). Applicants will incur any relevant bank charges.
