To apply for accommodation at Corrib Village, Galway, please download our
2008 Application Pack, which you print, complete, sign and return by post to us at:
Corrib Village,
Newcastle Road,
Galway.
(If you are unable to download the application we can post you a copy.)

To confirm your accommodation, 2 pictures and the deposit must be sent by post within 5 working days.
Checklist for Completed Application
- Completed Application Form
- Signed Licence Agreement (Licensee & guarantor)
- Signed Second Schedule
- Completed Guarantee by parent or guardian (witnessed by Licensee)
- Deposit €775
- 2 passport photographs (name written on reverse). Please ensure Terms and Conditions are read in full.
Payment of €775 deposit is required to validate your application. Your place will be confirmed immediately on receipt of the deposit, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
If the Licensee is not successful in the 1st round CAO offers, the LICENSEE must cancel IN WRITING within THREE days of the 1st round CAO offers. Cancellation by telephone will NOT be accepted. In the event of following the above cancellation procedure, €100 administration fee will be deducted from the application fee and the remainder refunded. After the cut off point outlined above, the onus will be on the Licensee to find a replacement applicant. A.S.R. have no obligation to find an alternative Licensee.
If the cancellation policy is not met, no refund will be issued.
International Students
Corrib Village has a limited number of spaces held for international, one semester, international students.
Rooms are on a first come first served basis. Total licence fee plus deposit must be paid prior to occupancy of room.
Calculate your Licence Fee using the weekly costs outlined in Rates:
2008 1st Semester – 17 weeks
2009 2nd Semester – 21 weeks
